Behaviour Design Workshop in UK
Changing people’s behaviour is not guesswork. More than 95% of our decisions happen automatically, shaped by habits, emotions, and small design choices. Our Behaviour Design Workshop, led by behaviour change consultants Ben Laumann and Sebastian Flack, shows you how to use these facts in a clear and practical way.
In this workshop, you will discover simple ideas from behavioural science that have helped companies raise staff engagement, strengthen teamwork, and improve everyday habits. Ben and Sebastian share real stories, clear step-by-step methods, and evidence from well-known studies to show how human behaviour truly works. You will see how small changes — in the way something is designed, the words we choose, or the environment around us — can create a powerful and lasting difference.
This workshop is designed for teams, leaders, designers, and anyone who wants to make positive behaviour change in the real world. You will leave with practical skills, ready-to-use templates, and the confidence to design behaviour with purpose, care, and heart.
