    No passive learning or surveys and questionnaires. Change is omnipresent and critically important in our ever-evolving work environments.  To change behaviour, you have to get active and think outside the box.

    I work as a freelance consultant and systemic coach. I also advise organisations, conduct seminars, and work as a lecturer at several universities.

    Commercial training and 4 years as a soldier in the German Armed Forces, including deployment in Afghanistan

    For some time now, I have been exploring the topics of resilience, psychological and emotional robustness, and adaptability from a scientific perspective. I am particularly interested in improving organisational cultures.
